Being obese sucks

... and I just don't know why anyone would defend a person's right to be live obesely.

This *isn't* me saying that obese people are bad. This is me saying I was obese, and there was nothing good about it. N-o-t-h-i-n-g-!

Even a quarter century later, I'm glad I'm not obese, and I'm willing to work against a return to it. It is easily(!) worth doing, and pays rewards every single day.

I am certain that the vast majority of obese people can escape it — without surgery — as I have, and that the vast majority of those people would like being not obese more than they like being obese. It is unfathomable to me to defend a condition that has so little to recommend it.

Does someone have the right to be obese? Sure. They also have the rights to do drugs, avoid community, and even commit suicide. But I don't recommend them, and feel sad when someone choses those routes.

That is all for today.
